Traci Ahart isn’t a mediator who studied conflict. She’s someone who survived it — two divorces, 15 years of single motherhood, clinical depression, a cancer diagnosis, a relapse, and a bone marrow transplant. She showed up to her final chemo session in a hot pink ball gown, a tiara, and stilettos.
